We love the H910 and until the end of the month you can pick it up for only $99 from Eventide. Here it is showcased in a beat made by Headsnack. Thickening up the keyboard adds subtle harmonics and allows it to sit nicely in the mix. Mogees analyzes vibrations you create from everyday objects and turns it into music. The more distinct the hits are, the better the software works. Use your imagination and assign the different sounds within the software to whatever sounds you desire. We worked with artist, Headsnack, to create a video that showcases how he created his H910 Dual Theme Song video. The song is available for free download on Soundcloud. The Eventide H910 Dual is an iconic plug-in that meshes delay, feedback & pitch-shifting to create some truly unique sounds. The Akai MPC is one of the most iconic machines in the lore of hip-hop music. This video is a cool little history with great interviews from an eclectic mix of artists that use the production center in unique ways. Without the TR-808, hip-hop and other forms of electronic music would not be what they are today. Many don't know that when this machine was released it was a complete failure. It was meant to be an accompaniment machine for guitarists and bassists. When the earliest audience realized they didn't like it, they wound up on the second hand market such as in pawn shops. This is where early hiphop producers found the device, detuned and warped the original sounds to turn the kick into the famed sub 808 sound that has made a resurgence in today's tracks.
